Please note
that normally rentals of our apartment are based on a Saturday to Saturday occupancy. On occasion it might be possible to book a 10 or 11 day rental, or to commence your vacation on a different start day - this is subject to the apartment's availability. In such cases the rental charges will be made pro-rata to the above scale of charges.
Please ensure that you always check the availability of our apartment BEFORE you book your flights.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your booking. Please note that this deposit will be forfeited in total, in the case of your cancelling a booking. Any breakages or damage sustained, during your occupancy, will be deducted from the above deposit.
Any due balance due will be returned to you prior to your departure.
Your booking with ourselves is deemed to be your agreement to these conditions.
